Coming out on July 14th!!! I can't wait, this game has owned madden in every way the past couple of years with sweet added features. I can't wait to see what they do this year!!!!

Player lock is interesting. Works for me because I usually like to use one player and not switch around a lot, unless a play gets busted.

Wow I really like this game so far. Madden has a tough act to follow this year. The player lock is sweet as hell. You're forced to play with one player but the view is so much more conducive to playing defense (view is from behind the defender instead of the classic behind the QB look), especially in defending the passing game. Another change I like is all the defensive line moves i.e. bull rush and swim moves are all put on the R3 stick which makes more sense. Also some little things like the user controlled stadium sounds where you can put them where you want is awesome. Script Ohio when Herbie and Lee are talking pregame is pretty bad ass too.

Yes I do, the player to field ratio also seems more realistic than Madden. There is actually room to navigate.

The camera view if behind the defense when your on defense in games? That seems pretty cool. Thats how they had it in madden in superstar mode if you played with a defensive player...

You wouldn't know since you don't play NCAA so normally I wouldn't entertain ignorance, but in case I'll indulge you :ss: Another feature I love in NCAA is the new break tackle feature :up: This is one thing I have hated about the Maddens because we all know as Bills fans Marshawn just is not going down on first contact, and in Madden when that first guy wraps you up you're dead in the water. I hate to compare the 2 but these are the 2 games that get the most play on my PS3 :D

Sounds similiar to the new gang tackle in this years madden where they will have 6 or 7 guyts in on tackles sometimes. By the way in adden 09 you could truck over defenders...Iv'e done it many of times, well but then again Im better then you :ss:

I just discovered Team Builder. You can edit a team on your PS3 or more conveniently through your computer. This feature is awesome!!!! I always hated on NCAA how you couldn't have a player on offense and defense with the same number (which is pretty common in college football). That is now solved with team builder. I hope madden has some sort of team builder feature.
